Hello Mary,

Mark and France Clausen here.  We purchased two German Shepherd puppies from you in mid September for our daughter’s birthday.  I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that we LOVE our puppies.  They are doing well and growing fast.  When we took them in for their first visit to the vet on the September 16th  they weighed 8 and 10 pounds.  We just took them back last week and they have doubled in size to 20 and 21 pounds!  And both are doing well.

We have renamed them “Daisy” and “Roxie” and they have blended into our family well.  Our male shepherd, “Duke” lost his best friend in August and was depressed.  Since the puppies came home he has that sparkle back in his eye.  He is very nurturing with the puppies and takes an active role in their play.  Our two cats love the puppies and of course, our children adore them.  I am attaching a picture so you can see how they have grown.

We are amazed at how smart they are.  They learn very quickly.  Daisy is very loving, cuddly and loves to be cuddled.  Roxie is also very sweet, but she is more independent and does not like cuddles.

We have had many people ask about where to get puppies like these because I am actively posting pictures on Face book so keep us posted as to when you have some available for purchase and we will send you some clients.

Kindest Regards,

France

Growing Fast

"The girls are running honey around the yard all the time. Ziva has been playing fetch and running after Abby all the time. Kate is a loving lap dog. Its great to see the difference between the two. Ziva is turning out just like Mindi and Kate is more like Xander. I am hoping our friend will watch them this weekend for our anniversary. He migh just fall so in love with them he might want to get the other sister. I will let you know. So many people love them don't want to pay for a great breed. I would love to get the sister for myself but they are keeping me busy as is. They go with me every where and are really good in the car. Thank you so much for letting me get my baby girls. They are a blessing."

"I know they alreay know german and spanish commands. Kate is so Ians dog but Ziva wont leave my side unless Abby comes out. I can take them in my front yard and neither will leave my side. (even when a car or stranger comes by) I couldn't have asked for better dogs in my life. Once they are done with all their shots I will bring them to see you. I can't thank you enough for letting me get them. I have been waiting so long and they are well worth the wait. *They are 11 plus pounds already. Soon I will start leash training and taking them on walks. (not unil they have all their shots) Thank you thank you thank you. You will get tired of hearing me thank you but I love them so much. What kind of toys or treats does Mindi and Xander like? I would like to bring them a little gift. Thank you again for my two furry twins."

Hi,
We were fortunate enough to make our puppy part of our small ranch family. We live in the country on 6 acres, have 6 horses, 100 chickens, 4 house cats and multiple other little critters that our son collects, as well as our beautiful German Shepherds.

We had been looking for a female German Shepherd puppy to keep our male company since his partner (a great dane we rescued) had been diagnosed with cancer and we did not want our beloved Dakota to be by himself.

We named our new addition "Diva Rose Portus". Diva certainly lives up to her name. She is overall one of the best German Shepherds we have had over the past 25 years. She is very devoted to me, but loves the whole family, including the house cats. She is always looking to learn something and has such a loving disposition. Diva was the easiest puppy to house train it only took about one week and she had the system down, unbelievable. She is also very neat about "her things". She has a cubby in our master bedroom that has her bed and all her toys etc. She is particular about making sure that her things are in her cubby and often puts her toys back after playing with them. She can also pick out a particular toy that her ask her to get out of the probably 30 toys she has in her cubby such as her turtle, it is amazing.

We have two children a son 14 and daughter 10 who just adore Diva. They will play on end until they are all exhausted. Diva took to Dakota from the minute she saw him and they are best friends rarely leaving sight of each other. They share everything, food, bones, toys and play constantly.

I can’t say enough about what a nice disposition Diva has and what a wonderful family dog she is.
I have attached a few current photos of Diva (and Dakota) and would love to keep you updated on her life.

Bruno is 4yrs. old and has grown to be a miraculous creature and companion. We got him at Our Family Easter Day of 2005 from Mary and Carl Jones; he was a puppy from one of Mindy’s litters. We couldn’t have chosen a better pup from the group. When we picked him up and held him in the air to take a better look, he moaned and groaned as if he had an attitude. He has since become one of the most loyal dogs I have ever encountered. Bruno was supposed to be my husbands dog, as it was his idea to get a German Shepherd, was has grown very close to me as if he was my child. He listens and respects my every command, I couldn’t ask for a better dog. He has also grown into a handsome young dog, He is muscular and stout and sits tall. We have loved our time so far with Bruno, and I look forward to a long life companionship that he has already proven to give.

Hey, we bought a male puppy from you (not the current litter you have on your website, the one before)
We just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful dog, This is my third german shepherd to own and he is by far the best, smartest, good looking, loyal, and loving dog I have ever owned. His name is Cooper, He is coming up on 8 months now and he is huge! I would guess he is about 65lbs - 75lbs. He is beautiful and have had absolutely no problems
with him. Just wanted to say thank you for breeding awesome dogs.

Thanks,
Jess and Bridget Holt

Other e-mails we have recieved.  Thank You.

Mary,
I just wanted to take a moment to send you an email about the puppy that we purchased from you last week. She is doing wonderfully in her new home. We have named her Vegas and she is fitting in perfectly with her new family. I have enrolled her in the PetSmart puppy training class for the next 8 weeks. She went to her first class tonight and is doing very well. She is a very smart puppy and I enjoy every minute with her.

We did find that she has a little bit of car sickness (a lot the day I picked her up from you) but this appears to be a trend with my german shepherds. My oldest, Harley, who is six months old also experiences this, but the more we put them in the car, the better they get. If you experience this with your other puppies, I would ask that you tell the new owners so that they can be prepared. Putting them in a crate seems to help them a lot and something to lay on that keeps them more still seems to do the trick.

I took her to our vet the day after I picked her up from you and they said that she is in great shape. The only problem she has is a little bit of dry skin, which I bought some shampoo from the vet and it is helping tremendously.

I just wanted to let you know how well she is doing and how much I enjoy spending time with her. Thank you so much for letting us bring her into our home. Have a great week.

Vegas is doing awesome. She is so smart and playful and an amazing people dog. She even grew into her ears. :)

Hi, yeah I made it home fine. After about 10 minutes driving, Kaiser went in the back and slept until we got home. We then played a lot so he slept really well last night. Anyway, he's really got a great personality and he straightened up his ear for me this morning when I took a couple of pictures. He's a real cutie.

Hi Mary! (and Family!)

Thank you so much for allowing us to stop by and visit with our cute pup today! Also, thank you so much for extending yourselves, and taking our deposit and holding our sweet doggie for us. That is such a blessing to us, and one we won't forget. We were so impressed with your dogs, and are so happy to be able to have one from the great lineage you have created.

Blessings to you! Sam and Mandy Yarbrough

I'm so glad to hear from you. Raya has been THE BEST DOG! She has an AMAZING temperament and personality, and is so great with the kids, and is extra smart. I will look through my pictures to find the best ones for you. We hope all is going well for you and your family.
